Sirius Republic is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, U.S.A. and run by me, Jennifer.

I also design and make most of the goodies you see here, including collars, leashes, and accessories. Each piece is carefully measured, cut, and sewn by me, ensuring every detail to be just right.

My collars and leashes are made from cotton or polyester fabric, nylon webbing, and welded metal hardware. Stress points are triple-stitched to ensure that they're strong as well as beautiful.

My dogs Sally, Guinness, and Lolita all serve as models. They also help with quality control by testing materials and prototypes.

TAXES:

No taxes are applied to any purchase made on Sirius Republic web site, except for those made by residents of the state of California. California state residents living in Alameda County must pay 9.75% tax. Residents living in all other counties in the state of California must pay 8.25% state base tax.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is free on all orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, there is a $4.95 flat shipping charge.

For most items, shipping usually takes 3-5 days, depending on your location. Please note, some of our products are custom-made, which sometimes mean the production process begins when we receive your order. This will increase delivery time. Please refer to the product page for special shipping details. We'll do our best to update you with your order status until after we ship your item(s).

REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:

We are proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us in order to return or exchange your item within 30 days of receipt. On all returns, as we pay shipping cost for all our customers by offering free shipping, in the case of a return, refund will be issued less the original actual shipping cost. In addition, customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

Personalized and customized items are not returnable and no credit will be issued unless damaged or name/wording does not match that given upon ordering.

Returns are easy. After contacting us, simply return the merchandise in its original condition via UPS or USPS to our shipping address.

New Collars for Life Guarantee

When you buy a Sirius Republic collar, you are guaranteed free, new collars for life! We’re proud of our handcrafted collars and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. So if the collar gets damaged in anyway for any reason or simply gets old and dirty, you can send it back and receive a brand new collar.

Here’s how our New Collars for Life guarantee works:

Once a year starting in the second calendar year after you purchased your collar(s), you qualify for a new collar(s) in the same design and size as your original purchase. To get your new collar, you must:


1. Mail back your old collar. No exceptions. (whenever possible, we will re-use the hardware on your old collar by pairing them with new fabric and nylon materials)

2. Include a $5 flat shipping fee for your new collar(s). New collar(s) will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail.

3. You qualify for a new collar(s) once a year every year starting in the 2nd calendar year following your purchase.
